We are a registered 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, and we work with a variety of behavioral health, addiction treatment, and physical therapy providers to help people improve the quality of their lives. Those enrolled in our program will be eligible to receive resources to assist with housing, food, and other necessities to help in making their new life a reality! 

Members enrolled in our program are required to attend and participate in their appointments and custom treatment plan in order to receive 100% of their benefits.
